Return & Exchange Policy

At Moo N Baa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy within 7 days of delivery, ensuring you can return or exchange almost any item for a full refund or exchange.

Order Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been acknowledged and entered into production, cancellations are no longer possible. Please contact us at customgenuineleatherjackets@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation.

Returns and Exchanges:

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we will process your exchange order, and it will be delivered to you within the next 15 business days.

In the case of a refund, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. If the product has any defects, they must be inspected at the time of delivery. After receiving email confirmation for the refund, please send the item back to us in its original packaging at your own expense. Once your return is completed, we will send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment and may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of your credit card.

Refund and Return Eligibility:

You are entitled to a refund or exchange in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product has defects
  • Product is damaged during shipping
  • Product is tampered with

Please note that customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

Return Shipping:

In the case of returns, customers are responsible for the shipping charges to send the item back to us. Please refer to our complete return instructions for more details.

Size Exchange:

We are happy to exchange the size of your item! It is important to carefully review our size guide, which is based on body measurements. Sometimes, customers may mistakenly order the wrong size or overlook the size guide. If this happens, Moo N Baa can assist in exchanging the item, although we are not obligated to do so under consumer laws.

Keep in mind that product colors may slightly vary due to lighting and camera quality. We do not accept claims regarding color variations unless they are significant.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Send an email to customgenuineleatherjackets@gmail.com describing the issue with the item.
  2. Wait for a response via email (we may need to review the issue before proceeding).

Possible Solutions:

  • If a different size is available, Moo N Baa will exchange the item, and you will need to return the item via UPS.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
  • In some cases, we may ask customers to bear the cost of international postage. This is because Moo N Baa provides the item at a cost that includes leather, stitching, postage, and taxes based on customer specifications.
  • If desired, you may swap your design for a different one within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Custom orders cannot be exchanged, regardless of whether the measurements are accurate.

Consumer Guarantees:

For minor issues with the product, we offer the following options:

  • Replacement: We may offer an identical or similar product.
  • Repair: If applicable, we may repair the product within a reasonable time.
  • Refund: We may provide a full refund if necessary.

Your rights to a remedy also apply to any replacement product.

When Returns Are Not Accepted:

Customers do not have the right to return a product in the following cases:

  • Changed your mind and no longer want the product.
  • Ordered the wrong product.
  • Found the product cheaper elsewhere.
  • Found a better product elsewhere.
  • Were aware of the product’s fault before purchasing (e.g., faults indicated on the product tag or online description).
  • Damaged the product through misuse (e.g., scratches or tears).
  • The product has been used for a prolonged period and the issue is due to regular wear and tear.

Refunds for Change of Mind:

Generally, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for products if a customer simply changes their mind. Moo N Baa does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom-made items, regardless of whether the customer provides accurate or incorrect body measurements.
